Abstract

This is a case report on a 1-month=-old male patient with chief complaint of left lateral neck mass. He presented with a left lateral neck mass with no other accompanying signs and symptoms. An ultrasound was done and revealed fusiform enlargement of the left sternocleidomastoid consistent with fibromatosis colli in infancy. It is a benign pseudotumor in infancy of the sternocleidomastoid and can be managed conservatively.
