"Shall I return?" : a case of severe neutropenia

Abstract

This study presented with a 1 year old female who came in with a three day history of fever and an absolute neutrophil count of zero. In the past month, she was noted to have an episode of neutropenia. This report discussed the disease's clinical features, and approach to neutropenia.
