Primary ovarian pregnancy : a case report

Abstract

Ovarian pregnancy is a rare medical entity occurring in less than 3% in all ectopic pregnancies. This case report presents an interesting case of primary ovarian pregnancy in a 28 year old female at 4 to 5 weeks age of gestation, who has no known common risk pathophysiology and management of a primary ovarian pregnancy.
