Collision tumor : coexistence of dermoid and serous cyst in an ovarian tumor, a case report

Abstract

It is presented with a 27 year old G2P2 (1101) with left iliac and hypogastric pain. Preoperative findings showed left adnexal mass probably a pseudocyst. Intraoperative findings showed that the left ovary measures 10.0x11 cm. containing clear fluid within. Histopathology revealed serous cystoma, mature cystic teratoma, and cystic follicles of the left ovary.
