Safety and efficacy of solid state lasik on presbyopic patients

Abstract
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Solid State Lasik on presbyopic patients. The study evaluated 20 eyes (12 patients). 3 months after LASIK procedures, means of visual acuity (OU) for both eyes in pre-operative garnered 20/44.2 compared to post-operative mean of 20/26.4. The frequency of Jaeger-OU results of five JI (45%), one J2 (9%), three J3 (27%), one J4 (9%), and one J6 (9%). All patients passed the screening process of refraction, keratometry, topography, pachymetry, and tonometry.
