Abstract
This is a case of a 22 year old G2P1 (1001) who presented at the emergency department with abdominal pain. Ultrasound findings revealed an intrauterine pregnancy. A referral was made to the surgery department, with consideration of acute appendicitis, and a midline laparotomy was carried out. Intraoperatively, 1.4 liters of hemoperitoneum coming from a ruptured right tubal pregnancy and a catarrhal appendicitis were noted. Right salpingectomy and appendectomy were performed and the patients was sent home after 3 days hospitalization.
