Abstract
This study found that ivabradine was used in 31.5% patients with ACS. The trends of inhospital death were lower in the ivabradine group (15.6% vs 16.7%) p:0.825). The authors suggest further larger and placebo-controlled study were required to determine ivabradine effect on inpatient mortality and other clinical outcomes in patient with ACS.
