Abstract

This case presents a very rare occurrence of multiple myxoma found in the right atrium, left atrium, and right ventricle in a 17 year old male who presented multiple episodes of syncope. This also demonstrates the importance of cardiac evaluation in patients presenting with stroke in the young.
