Abstract

A fifteen year old male with post renal failure secondary to urolithiasis is reported. The patient presented with recurrent UTI difficulty urinating, flank pain and dysuria. Laboratory results revealed microscopic hematuria and anemia KUB UTZ, giving the diagnosis of urolithiasis. Upon admission, patient had impaired renal function. Open cystolithotomy was done which gradually improved the renal function.
