Abstract
Delayed puberty is a condition often times overlooked by parents most specially when their child does seem to be okay without any untoward signs or symptoms. A case of a 17 1/2 years old male who has not developed any secondary sexual characteristics presented with decreased school performance, increased sleeping time, headaches, vomiting. Workups revealed a pituitary mass with multiple pituitary hormone deficiencies and highly elevated prolactin level. Tumor excision was done and radiotherapy was completed. Patient is doing well with multiple hormone replacement therapy and Bromocriptine. Desired secondary sexual characteristics has also developed and progressed.
