Abstract
This study utilized the correlational research design. forty-five (45) participants as included in the study, which was conducted in a tertiary hospital in Shandong, China, which serves as a medical rehabilitation and first aid center for teaching and scientific research. Purposive sampling was used. The demographic data sheet and the Social Support Rating Scale and Well-Being Scale were used to gather the data. Percentage, mean, standard deviation, Spearman's correlation, t-test for independent samples, Analysis of Variance. The study concluded that, 1) Majority of the respondents are women, aged between 25-30 years old, have completed university education and are mostly married, 2) During the COVID-19 pandemic, there is a moderate level of social support given to nurses, 3) During the COVID-19 pandemic, nurses have a marginal level of well-being, 4) The levels of social support do not significantly vary in terms of age, sex, civil status, and educational attainment, 5) The respondents have the same level of well-being regardless of their age, sex, civil status, and educational attainment, 6) The level of social support is significantly correlated with the level of well-being of the respondents.
