Abstract
This study used quantitative descriptive research. Purposive sampling was used in this study and 229 stroke patients who have been in early rehabilitation nursing for 306 months and met the inclusion were selected as respondents from a rehabilitation center in China. The following research instruments were used in the study: the Participant's Data Sheet and Perceived Impact Questionnaire. The main statistical tools utilized in this study were frequency, percentage distribution, mean, standard deviation, Kruskall Wallis H test and Mann Whitney U test. The study concluded that, 1) Majority of the respondents were aged 51-60 years old, females, married, achieved high school level of education and were employed, 2) The perceived impact of early rehabilitation nursing on respondents' quality of life does not significantly differ according to sex, educational attainment, and occupation. However, respondents belonging to age group 44 to 50 years old showed higher perceived impact compared to respondents belonging to 51 to 60 years old.
