Abstract
This study explored the relationships among cognitive flexibility, emotion regulation, and resilience of Filipino private school teachers. Using an embedded research design, this study employed both quantitative and qualitative data to understand how teachers develop and apply these traits in their daily work. The study also examined how factors like gender, subject load, and class size influence resilience. The findings highlighted that emotion regulation played a key role in linking cognitive flexibility and resilience, offering insights into how teachers navigate and maintain resilience in a demanding environment.
