Abstract
Folin-Ciocalteu method was used to determine the total phenolic content (TPC) of plant sample. DPPH and FRAP were the two antioxidant assays used. TPC was identified in gallic acid equivalents (mg GAE/g), % scavenging activity, and IC50 value in DPPH assay, and reducing power capacity in FRAP assay.
