Abstract

This experimental quantitative research design used Kirby-Bauer test and zone of inhibition was measured. Positive and negative control groups per place with three trials each were tested. The results from the lab process were analyzed and have drawn the following conclusions: the gram-negative bacterium was resistant against the extract and found no significant difference between the concentrations due to the absences of the zone of inhibition in mm measurement.
