Abstract
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, face-to-face classes were suspended and were altered with online classes. It is evident that because of the sudden change in learning modality, many of the students struggle to cope, which causes stress and time management issues for them. The guidance and counseling department is in charge of assisting students in dealing with such issues. School Guidance and Counseling services are important as they may help ease the students' school-related difficulties. This research paper investigates the impact of online guidance counseling, especially on the time and stress management of the Grade 12 students of De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute. Data shows that while online guidance and counseling can be valuable in many ways, it still has some shortcomings and few things that need improvement, particularly when assessing time management.
