Abstract
This study will be conducted in examining the Antimicrobial Activity of the Hylocereus Polyrhizus (Red Dragon Fruit) peels. The study will not discuss the other components such as the anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-fungal etc. of the said fruits. The researchers will be focusing on the experimentation to check the effectiveness of the red dragon fruit as an antimicrobial product to other types of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria such as Salmonella Enteriditis and Bacillus Cereus. The experimentation shall be done with the presence of healthcare professional.
