Abstract

This study used a phenomenological approach. A self-made qualitative survey questionnaire was used to obtain data from four (4) speech and language pathologists chosen as participants using convenience sampling. Responses were analyzed using an inductive thematic analysis. The results showed that the ethical dilemmas concerning therapy services from other colleagues and client management issues were resolved by focusing on the client’s well-being, addressing professional relationship issues, integrating one’s values, and managing available resources.
