The following scale points are used to measure the satisfaction level of varsity players: (a) fully satisfied, (b) highly satisfied, (c) moderately satisfied and (d) not satisfied. The respondents of the study are the varsity players of DLSHSI who are part of the official list during the first semester of academic school year 2011-2012. The data was analyzed through percentage frequency, mean, standard deviation, ANOVA, independent t-test. Based on the results, (1) most of the respondents in terms of gender, age, year level, college affiliation and sports affiliation were male, below 20 years of age, belonged to third year, and came from the College of Nursing and School of Midwifery and players in the volleyball team; (2) the respondents were highly satisfied in the athletic program in terms of policies, facilities and equipment, and services rendered by sports personnel while moderately satisfied in terms of benefits; (3) the level of satisfaction of the respondents on the athletic program significantly differed when they are grouped according to sports affiliation.
