The participants are Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology graduates' batches 2001 to 2022. The research instrument used in this study is a self-made questionnaire distributed from January 31, 2023, to February 24, 2023. The study included 201 respondents. The gathered data was subjected to statistical analysis using frequency, percentage, and chi-square analysis.

Based on the findings, the majority of the respondents are 20-35 years old, female, and with monthly income of Php 10,957 to Php 21,194. Also, most of the respondents work in general radiology. In terms of influential factors, life fulfillment factor has been considered the most influential factor of the respondents.
