Data were gathered with the use of a self-made questionnaire and treated with frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent t-test, and analysis of variance.

Findings show that the average daily digital consumption of the respondents for the purpose of academic task completion is 4-8 hours, with the majority of the respondents being able to submit or finish their academic tasks on time.
