Abstract
The study used descriptive analysis. It involved the total population of 113 individuals from University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital comprised of 29 radiologic consultants, 25 radiologic residents, 41 radiologic technologists and 18 radiology staff selected using purposive sampling technique. Data was gathered using a questionnaire and analyzed through mean, frequency, standard deviation and coefficient of variation. The following conclusions were formed: 1) The organizational performance of Department of Radiology showed an excellent performance of the respondents based on the 15 criteria. This may be attributed to each employee who is competent enough in the job; 2) The highest strength based on the 15 criteria was observed in the quality of work, that having an extraordinary interest to do a job well is a strength to provide quality work; 3) In terms of problems observed, innovation in technology was a problem based on criterion job knowledge. Availability of tools and equipment needed to provide quality radiograph in order to give quality service was also a problem based on quality of work.
