Abstract
The study used the descriptive method. Respondents of the study involved the radiologic technologists from four (4) affiliated hospitals of College of Medical Radiation Technology (CMRT). There were 78 radiologic technologists but only 59 responded. The instrument used was an adapted questionnaire. Frequency, percentage distribution, average weighted mean, f-test and t-test were the statistical treatments applied. The following conclusions were drawn: (1) Majority of the respondents were male and had a position of Senior Radiologic Technologist; 2) Quality assurance program was often implemented in selected CMRT-affiliated hospitals; 3) The quality control program and standard film analysis were always practiced; 4) The respondents assessed darkroom quality control and standard processing technique were always implemented; 5) The area on standard x-ray equipment was always practiced; 6) There was no significant difference in the quality control program of the selected CMRT-affiliated hospitals when they were grouped according to gender, position and years of service.
