Abstract

This study sought to determine if there is a relationship in academic performance to clinical performance of Radiologic Technology students of De La Salle University - Aguinaldo SY 1993-1994. Likewise, it attempted to determine if the demographic factor sex is related to the variable Academic performance and criterion variable clinical performance. The descriptive method was used in this study. The respondents were 77 Radiologic Technology students who took the 1993-1994 internship training program. The mean, percentage and the chi-square were used to present the data found. Based on the findings gathered in this investigation, it can be viewed that the 1993-1994 Radiologic Technology student of De La Salle University - Aguinaldo performed fairly in their academic subjects. The Radiologic Technology students who took the 1993-1994 internship training program got satisfactory grades during their internship. Sex was not related in the performance of the students either in academic performance and clinical performance. Performance in academic could predict the performance in internship.
