Abstract

This study attempted to find out the smoking attitudes of second year Radiologic Technology students of De La Salle University - Aguinaldo during second semester, SY 1994-1995. Specifically, it sought to determine the cognitive smoking attitudes of the respondents as to age and sex, the effective smoking attitudes of the respondents as to age and sex, and the behavioral smoking attitudes of the respondents as to age and sex. The descriptive method was used. The respondents surveyed totaled 230. The weighted mean and average weighted mean were used to present the data statistically. It could be viewed from the findings of this study that the attitudes of the respondents both male and female at all age levels favored against smoking.
