Abstract
To determine the correlation between the performance in review class and clinical performance of the third year radiologic technology student of De La Salle University Aguinaldo SY 1994-1995. Specifically, (1) To find out the level of performance in review class of the third year radiologic technology students of DLSU-Aguinaldo. (2) To find out the level of clinical performance of the subjects. (3) To find out the differences in the performance in review class of the subjects when they are grouped according to sex. (4) To find out the differences in clinical performance of the subjects when they are grouped according to sex. (5) To determine the correlation between the performance in review class and clinical performance of the subjects. There were one hundred one (101) radiologic technology students of DLSU-Aguinaldo who took the internship training program during SY 1994-1995 which was one hundred percent (100%) of the total population used. Documentary analysis of grades of the subjects was conducted. The total population of 101 radiologic technology students who took the internship training program during the SY 1994-1995 was used. Based from the findings gathered in this investigation, the following conclusions were drawn: (1) The 1994-1995 radiologic technology students performed fairly in their review class. (2) The subjects had a very good clinical performance. (3) There were no significant differences in the review class when the subjects were grouped according to sex. (4) There were significant differences in clinical performance when the subjects were grouped according to sex. The male were performing better than female. (5) There were no correlation in the performance between the review class and clinical performance of the subjects. Performance in the review class is not related to clinical performance.
