Abstract
This study used the descriptive method of research. Stratified sampling technique was utilized to choose the respondents who were 16 years old and above per barangay. An adapted questionnaire translated in Filipino served as the instrument. Frequency, percentage, and chi-square test were the statistical measures applied. The following conclusions were drawn: 1) Most of the respondents were 16-30 years old, female, married, Catholic, had no monthly income, college graduate and were from Barangay Mambog III; 2) Majority of the respondents were uncertain in their attitude towards blood donation; 3) There was no significant difference in the attitude of the respondents towards blood donation in terms of age, gender, civil status, religion, monthly income, educational attainment and barangay where the respondents live.
