Abstract

The study used a descriptive method of research. Using stratified random sampling, the population of respondents is composed of 169 Radiologic Interns of De La Salle Health Sciences Institute. The data gathered were subjected to the following statistical treatments such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test for independent means. Based on the finding of the study, the following conclusions were drawn: 1) The number of female interns was higher than male interns and most of the interns were assigned to private hospitals; 2) Problems associated with positioning aspect appear to be more frequently encountered by the interns and problems associated with emotional were the least encountered; 3) There were no significant differences in the problems encountered by the respondents in terms of positioning, technical, and emotional aspects. However, in communication aspect, there was a significant difference when they are grouped according to gender. There were no significant differences in the problems encountered by the respondents in terms of positioning, technical, and communication aspects. However, in emotional aspect, there was a significant difference when they are grouped according to hospital assignment.
