Abstract
This study utilized the descriptive method of research involving 48 radiologic technologists from selected medical centers in Cavite. They were selected using stratified random sampling technique. The research questionnaire used was adopted and modified from the study of Cabello et. al. (2005). Statistical treatments used were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test or one way ANOVA. Based from the findings, the following conclusions were drawn: (1) Most of the respondents were male, single, 26 to 30 years old, with a length of service of 1-5 years, and with a gross monthly income of below P10,000; (2) The job satisfaction of the respondents does not rely on salaries and benefits, promotion and professional growth and working condition but on their relationship with others; (3) The radiologic technologists were satisfied with their job regardless of age, civil status and length of service. However, male respondents and those who earn higher salaries have higher job satisfaction compared with females and those who receive lower salaries.
