Abstract
The research study used a descriptive research design. A self-made questionnaire was used to determine the problems encountered by newly hired radiologic technologist in Cavite with less than one year of experience. Fifty-two (52) newly hired radiologic technologists were the respondents of the study. The data gathered were subjected to the following statistical treatment such as frequency, precentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test for independent sample and analysis of variance. The study concluded that, 1) the radiologic technologists should continue giving a good quality of service; 2) the radiologic technologists should continue learning from their working experiences to enhance their skills as radiologic technologists; 3) the radiologic technologists should prepare for situations concerning pediatric patients to lessen the challenges that could possible be encountered; 4) the radiologic technologists should prepare for situations concerning PWD patients to lessen the challenges that could possible be encountered.
