Abstract

This study employed a descriptive design using a survey technique. A self-made questionnaire distributed to 111 respondents who were 3rd-year regular students from Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy of De La Salle University - Emilio Aguinaldo College chosen through simple quota sampling. The data from the questionnaire were tallied, tabulated, and analyzed. Data analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. Based on the findings, the research concludes that (1) there is great variability in the time spent for the study, and leisure among the respondents; (2) the study also showed that most of the students' time spent for the sleep while the least amount of the time spent for leisure. (3) Respondents informed the hours of studying should not be excessive; there must be a realistic amount of time for eating, sleeping, and leisure.
