Abstract

The study focused on two isotonic PRE programs, namely, the DeLorme technique and the Rose technique. The objective was to determine which two techniques was a greater advantage in terms of effectiveness and convenience in muscle strength development in Biceps Brachii. Twenty subjects selected to experiment but only fifteen of them have completed the experiment. The study conducted for a period of fifteen days. The t-test for the difference of two means used to examine the data collected. The findings suggested and revealed that there was no significant difference between the DeLorme technique and the Rose technique in muscle strength augmentation in Biceps Brachii. However, in terms of convenience, the Rose technique gained favorable results. Due to limited time, the study based mainly on the neutral factor, hence, the researchers recommend that this experiment duplicated with the inclusion of hypertrophy as the other basis to obtain accurate findings in the future.
