Abstract
This study employed a descriptive design using a survey technique. Self-made questionnaires distributed to 33 faculty members at De La Salle University - Aguinaldo chosen through simple quota sampling. The data from the questionnaire tallied, tabulated, and analyzed. Data gathered and interpreted using percentage, mean, and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). Based on the results, the researchers concluded (1) most of the respondents encountered their problems during their first three (3) months of their teaching; the majority of the problems was their working condition. (2) Three major areas were a. inadequate teaching experience under the teaching method. B. difficulty in making exams under student evaluation. c. Lack of additional benefits under working conditions. (3) Study regarding the administration's response to the problems of faculties also helped develops an understanding for the betterment of the school's standard, as well as upgrading of knowledge among the benefactors, the students.
