The data obtained showed that the most common marital problem among CVA patients at DLSUMC-DIMDRU and JPRMF Rehabilitation Unit were sexual problems, especially on reaching orgasm and the patient's satisfaction after sez, this is followed by social, communication and financial aspects which were less affected respectively. It is recommended that an intensified sexual counselling be implemented on both centers as shown by this study. Also, it is recommended that a follow-up study should concentrate on the sexual problems of CVA patients as well as their spouses which, to be feasible, the records should be complete especially on the demographic profile of the patients.
