Abstract
This is a study on the most common problems regarding the attitude of Interns Batch 2001( December 2000-February 2001) encountered by Clinical Supervisors of DLSU Home-Based Rehabilitation Clinics. The purpose of which is to provide important information regarding attitudes of interns in the clinic setting, which will guide them in their adjustment and adaptation to the work environment of Physical Therapist; Clinical Supervisors will also have ideas to how they can manage their interns and to be able to resolve conflicts. Future interns can also use this study to gather ideas in the work environment of internship. Objectives include the identification of the attitude of Interns Batch 2001 (December 2000-February 2001) towards work, patients, clinical supervisors and co-interns. It also aims to determine the attitude category with highest frequency of low scores (0-2) in the interns attitude towards work, patients, clinical supervisors and co-interns. A questionnaire was used in this study composed of 29 categories regarding interns attitude in clinical setting. Results showed that the lack of motivation towards academic responsibility was observed among interns of Batch 2001 with regards to the utilization of their spare time for learning
