Abstract
To determine the prevalence of neck pain among secretaries of De La Salle- Health Science Campus, Cavite. Research Design: Descriptive Study Setting: De La Salle - Health Science Campus in Dasmariñas, Cavite. Participants/ Respondents: The respondent in the study cinsisted of 103 out of the 124 clerks and secretaries of De La Salle - Health Science Campus in Dasmariñas, Cavite. Procedures/ Interventions: Each respondent were asked to answer a survey form to know the prevalence of neck pain and its affectation on their works. Results and Discussions: According to the results of the study, there is a high prevalence of neck pain (67.96%) among clerk and secretary of De La Salle- Health Science Campus in Dasmariñas, Cavite. Factors that are found to be related include younger population with the age of 26-30 y.o (24.77%) female gender (85.71%). Conclusion: This conclude that there is increased Prevalence of Neck pain among clerks and secretaries of De La Salle-Health Sciences Campus in Dasmariñas, Cavite.
