The data was gathered from the questionnaires through a 12-item pre-test and post-test after giving the client education program consisting of lectures and skills demonstration regarding management of post-exercise problems. Effect was determined by comparing the results of the pre-test with their post-test scores. Furthermore, results of the pre- and post-test were also statistically computed. The results of the study as to the three domains/component shows very strong positive effect on preventative, positive effect on restorative and no effect on background. Findings revealed that such effect was statistically significant for restorative and preventative management but has no significant difference on background.
