Abstract
The study utilized a descriptive quantitative quasi-experimental case series using purposive sampling and involved participants who are receiving physical therapy treatment in Missionaries of Charity Brothers, ambulatory, ages 7-25, have no balance or coordination problems or deficits, and are able to understand simple instructions and follow directions. The study involved Just Dance Wii for 10 sessions with an intensity of 40-60% VO2R or HRR; RPE 11-13 which will last for 30-45 minutes. Using the 6MWT, the researchers were able to measure the endurance of the participants. The Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test was used to know the significant difference comparing the endurance scores of the participants before and after Just Dance Wii. the researchers concluded that the cardiovascular endurance of the participants did not improve Wii Play Therapy protocol with the use of 6MWT. Overall, the study has no sufficient evidence that Wii Play Therapy can improve cardiovascular endurance of CWDs.
