Abstract
A cross-sectional, descriptive quantitative study design was conducted to assess the willingness of pharmacy students from the College of Pharmacy, De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute, in finishing their degree and entering the pharmacy workforce. An online survey tool adapted related literature consisting 38 questions and separated four (4) parts was constructed. Using stratified random sampling, 169 students were chosen as respondents of the study. Pearson Chi-Square Test and Spearman's Rank-order Correlation was used for data analysis. The researchers see that students are willing but not yet decided in pursuing pharmacy.
