Abstract
The study employed a descriptive-correlational research design. Convenience sampling was used for the selection of the respondents. Fifty one (51) respondents were included in the study. The instrument utilized in the study is a self-constructed, computerized self-administered survey questionnaire using Google forms. Percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson Chi-Square were used for data analysis. The study concluded that the community pharmacists have moderate to high knowledge and high to very high adherence to the five competency standards of PhilPSP manual practice Area No. 4, but are not influenced by demographic, work-related characteristics and level of knowledge.
