Abstract
The descriptive non-experimental method was utilized in this study. The respondents were the 90 Bachelor of Science in Nursing students class 1992 and faculty members. After obtaining the data, the researcher computed that mean of the advantages and disadvantages of team teaching as perceived by the two set of respondents and to find if there is any significant difference between the perception of Bachelor of Science in Nursing class 1992 and Bachelor of Science in Nursing faculty members, t-test formula was used. The finding was that the Bachelor of Science in Nursing students class 1992 gave a higher rating for the disadvantages of team teaching compared to the rating given by the Bachelor of Science in Nursing faculty members. From the findings, the researchers therefore conclude that team teaching has many advantages on the part of the students but more advantageous on the part of faculty members.
