Are there differences in the level of rehabilitation when the respondents are grouped according to social and emotional behaviors. This study was conducted at selected government and non government organizations. There are 100 respondents all in all aged 10-19 years old regardless of sex, religion, home background and types of offenders. In the above findings, the following conclusions were drawn: Among the offenders there was variations from the social and emotional behaviors of the respondents when grouped according to age, sex, home background, religion. This shows that most of their behaviors are on the extremes from sociability at to complete isolation. That 60% of the respondents were rehabilitated for 0-3 years. This shows that the rehabilitation period is short, meaning that treatments and programs that have been implemented are effective. That home background is a significant factor in social behavior while the age is a significant factor in the emotional behavior since the younger group are less emotionally stable. That sex is highly significant attributed to their rehabilitation period since the female group is known to be weak in coping with problems and needs a lot more time to think and to forget. That emotional behavior has a significant effect in the rehabilitation period of the respondents which determines the readiness to forget what has happened and face again the present.
