Abstract

The study specifically sought to answer the level of performance of Red Cross Youth Council in terms of Program and Services, Human Resources and Physical resources as perceived by the Red Cross Youth members, Nursing and Midwifery students and Clinical Instructors. The study was centered on the assessment on the performance of Red Cross Youth Council by the 145 respondents in De La Salle University - Dasmariñas towards those three areas: the program and services, human resources and physical set-up. The 1145 respondents were grouped into three: they are the Red Cross Youth members, Nursing and Midwifery students and the clinical instructors. After a careful analysis of the findings, the researchers concluded the following: a. The physical set-up of the Red Cross Youth Council are kept at optimum functioning but additional improvement is necessary for them to render the highest possible quality of care. b. The human resources of the organization has its main characteristics of competency and effectivity. c. Clinical Instructors and program are continuously rendered by the Red Cross Youth Council to the whole La Sallian Community and to other people.
