Abstract

The study determined the level of knowledge and attitudes regarding the use of Depo-Provera among woman in selected health centers in Imus, Cavite. Likewise, it determined the association of demographic factors such as age, educational attainment. Length of use, socio-economic status, and parity with the level of knowledge and the level of attitude regarding the use of Depo-Provera. Specific 1.To know the profile of the respondents in terms of age, educational attainment, length of use, socio-economic status, and parity. 2.To know the level of knowledge regarding the use of Depo-Provera among women in selected health centers in Imus, Cavite. 3.To know the level of attitude regarding use of Depo-Provera among women in selected health centers in Imus, Cavite. 4.To know if there are significant differences in the level of knowledge regarding use of Depo-Provera when respondents are grouped according to age. Educational attainment, length of use, socio-economic status and parity. 5.To know if there are significant differences in the level of attitude regarding use of Depo-Provera when respondents are grouped according to age, educational attainment, length of use, socio-economic status and parity. 6.To know if there is significant relationship between level of knowledge and the level of attitude regarding use of Depo-Provera among women from selected center in Imus, Cavite.
