Abstract
The researchers utilized a non-experimental descriptive type of research to examine the health practices of the respondents. The respondents of the study were the 382 public secondary school students in Dasmarinas North National High School of Academic Year 2014-2015. The respondents were chosenusing stratified random sampling and a modified adapted questionnaire was used as research instrument. Data was analysed using frequency distribution, percentage, mean, t-test, and f-test. Majority of the respondents were 14-15 years old, female, and 7th grade. The study revealed that the respondents have very good health practices in terms of diet, physical activity and hygiene. There was a significant difference on health practices of respondents when grouped according to grade level. However, there were no significant differences on health practices of respondents when grouped according to age and gender.
