Abstract

This study aimed to recognize the difference between the levels of job satisfaction of nursing faculty members of selected schools in Cavite. B.The following questions were answered in the study: a.What is the profile of the respondents when they are grouped according to age, civil status, length of service, educational attainment, number of teaching loads, and range of salary? b.What is the level of job satisfaction of the respondents in selected schools in Cavite? c. Are there significant differences in the level of job satisfaction of the respondents in selected nursing schools in Cavite when they are grouped according to age, civil status, length of service, educa tional attainment, number of teaching load, and range of salary? The study was conducted in selected nursing schools in Cavite during the first semester of school year 2007-2008. The samples of the study consisted of 25 respondents from each selected nursing schools with a total of 100 respondents. The variables under consideration in this study were the socio-demographic profile of the respondents in terms of age, number of teaching load, and range of salary and the level of job satisfaction of nursing faculty members of selected nursing school.
