Abstract
OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY: This study aimed to analyze the perception of post-abdominal surgery patients from selected hospitals in Cavite regarding music therapy on decreasing post-operative pain. SPECIFIC Specifically, the purpose of the study was: 1.To know the perception of respondents regarding music therapy on decreasing post-operative pain. 2.To know if there are significant differences in the perception of post abdominal surgery patients in selected hospitals in Cavite regarding music therapy on decreasing post-operative pain when they are grouped according to age, gender, educational attainment, civil status, religious affiliation, and history of previous operations.
