Abstract
Phenomenology, a qualitative research approach, was used to clearly describe the lived experiences of people with psoriasis. The analysis of the data gathered on Colaizzi’s phenomenological approach. The researchers used in-depth interview and observation of non-verbal cues to unveil the lived experiences of the participants. The study utilized purposive sampling method as the method to gather needed participants for the study. The results of this study confirmed some issues that have been already written about psoriasis especially the manifestations and some forms of coping mechanisms. The study have discovered a different viewpoint about the said disease.
