Abstract
The study utilized a non-experimental quantitative descriptive method of research. The respondents of this study were the 100 call center agents of E-Telecare Company, at Northgate Alabang. Specifically, the inclusion criteria of the respondents are: a) male or female; b) ages 18 years old and above; c) college students or graduates of IT course and d) would willingly participate in the study. The researchers used a validated self-made questionnaire. The statistical test applied in the study were relative frequency, mean, f-test and t-test. The following conclusions were drawn: 1) Majority of the call center agents in E-Telecare Company, Northgate, Alabang were 18 to 25 years old, female, single, college graduates, regular employees, employed for more than 1 year and have no family history of DVT; 2) The call center agents have average knowledge on DVT; 3) There were no significant differences in the level of knowledge of the call center agents on DVT when they were grouped according to age, gender, civil status, monthly income and length of employment but there was significant difference in the level of knowledge of call center agents on DVT when they were grouped according to educational attainment.
