Abstract

The study utilized the quantitative descriptive type of research design. Using simple random sampling, the respondents of the study consisted of 150 nursing students from De La Salle Health Sciences Institute. The tool in this study was a self-made questionnaire. The frequency, percentage, mean, t-test of independent means and f-test were used to interpret the data collected by the researchers. The following conclusions were made based on the findings of the study: 1) Majority of the respondents were female, 16 to 17 years of age, with family income of P50,001 and above; 2) The respondents have very good perception at all the questions regarding the enhanced Bachelor of Science in Nursing Curriculum; 3) There is no significant differences on the perception of nursing students of De La Salle Health Sciences Institute on the enhanced Bachelor of Science in Nursing curriculum; 3) There is no significant difference on the perception of nursing students of De La Salle Health Sciences Institute on the enhanced Bachelor of Science in Nursing Curriculum when grouped according to age, gender and family income. There is a significant difference when grouped according to year level.
